Description:
Preferred Acreage: 5 acres
Preferred Area: Within 15 miles of North Bend

Feral Woman Farm is a woman owned, regenerative farm business operating on leased acreage in North Bend. We raise pork and chicken on pasture and focus on feeding locally milled feeds. Our goal is to build healthy relationships between our animals, our practices, and the land. We sell our meats through CSA style shares and direct to customers.

We are an established farm business in the Snoqualmie Valley and are active on our current leasehold. We are seeking additional acreage to support our pastured pork and chicken enterprise. This listing is one of two because we are looking to lease land for two separate farm businesses. The other listing is for our WSDA licensed poultry processing unit.

Please note, once we have had a conversation and established trust, I am open to sharing profit and loss statements and providing a landowner reference.

Our pork and chicken operation includes:
• Three to six sows
• Five to ten pigs raised for meat sales
• Five hundred to fifteen hundred broiler chickens
• Portable shelters and portable net fencing for rotational grazing

Ideal Property:
• Five acres that are mostly level
• Pasture that drains well, including in flood plain areas
• Access to water from any piped and potable source
• Access to electricity preferred
• Existing infrastructure such as a barn, field shelter, or horse shelter, or permission to install portable structures
• Three year lease with the option to renew for a longer term
