I currently manage three docile heifers that are grass fed and supplemented with grain, which is part of why they are so friendly.I use a virtual fencing system that works like an invisible fence for dogs. It allows me to monitor each animal’s health, location, and behavior. The system supports efficient rotational grazing without frequent movement of electric netting. It also alerts me if anything is out of the ordinary, so I can respond quickly.
My long‑term goal is to grow into a cow‑calf operation. The land I lease now is too small to support that transition.
