Seeking to Lease For A New Small Nursery BusinessWe are a small family in Renton, WA. We are looking for an Agricultural, Rural, Mixed Used, or Commercial Zoned property to open a small nursery business. If it is the residential zone we will have to check with your local city to see the allowed use of that property if a nursery is allowed. All our trees will be potted.
What I'm looking for:
1 year lease with the option to renew and if the first year works out we would like a longer lease term.
Farming Experience:
We have been growing many fruit trees: testing which ones do well for our PNW area.
