I developed the property with organic vegetable production in mind. There is a very nice farm stand next to road (with water and electric), a 40'x60' greenhouse with automatic ventilation and potential for heating. Electric and water access in multiple spots on property. I am not in a position to continue on this path at this time and would like to see it be put to use. Only organic growing practices please. When I had soil tested it tested very well. I believe the area available for farming is between 2-3 acres but have never officially measured it. I am open to discussion on arrangements. There are also two potential living options onsite -- an apartment and a RV trailer.
