ABOVE^ is the info we are sharing with non-farmers. For those who are farmers, it might be helpful to know that this home sits on about 5 acres of land and part of that is forest. The neighbors are farmers, new to the area, but with an established handle on farming which they plan to do on their lot as well. The property overlooks the Salish Sea: high bank, no beach access but by boat. Oyster farm below.
We are planning to rent the home with an established "yard" area, and then plan to rent the land as well- so we are open to farmers who might need a couple acres with or without housing. There are about 2 acres of pasture and nearly 1 acre is forested. Our primary goal now is to find excellent tenants who will make helpful, kind neighbors to the nearby farmers and community.
