Our ideal fit would be a long-term lease arrangement primarily focusing on small-scale market production (CSA, farm stand, farmers market, retail sales, U-Pick), with the intention to incorporate agri-tourism into your independent enterprise since we intend to continue our agri-tourism model (specifically AirBnB, low-moderate foot traffic, group farm activities like U-Pick or volunteer workshops). Amenable to discussing any lease-partner requirements -- we want to support the business venture & independent success of whoever leases our land and create a symbiotic partnership that is mutually beneficial, while maintaining a unique farmstay guest experience.
