Seeking Creative Solution/Lease for housing with 2-20+ acres in WA.

We are looking to start a market farm or work with a farming family who is ready to pass on/transition/lease their farm to a family who is passionate about creating a sustainable life and providing the community with quality, local products. A 2+ bedroom home, 1+ bathroom in livable condition/move-in condition. Preferably with garage or heated shop/warehouse. Not afraid of hard work, have basic carpentry skills, willing to paint, etc. if needed.

Hardworking Family of 3 (mom, son 30, and daughter 18) looking for an opportunity to start a market farm, farm stand, CSA, with the ability to have small farm animals (chickens, goats, quail, etc.). Experience with vegetable growing and farm animals, we would like to expand into fruit orchards, berries, bees, mushrooms, and market flowers. Eventually would like to provide educational programs for homeschoolers. Bonus: I would love to/have/add a commercial kitchen area where we are able to do canning, baking, jam, and sauce making for the market as I love to bake, cook and create. We have been small business owners for the last 10 years in WA and are ready to pursue our dream of going back to a small family farm that we had in Alaska. We would love to talk with anyone who has a property that may fit with our vision!

I had a mini-farm in Alaska for 5 years with horses, goats, pigs, chickens, turkeys, geese, pigeons, rabbits as well as a vegetable market garden. Master Gardener course successfully completed, and I have set up and managed gardens for other families as well as participated in community gardens for the last 10 years in Washington. My grandparents owned a strawberry farm in Canada, which I helped with when I was younger.

Start a market farm, farm stand, CSA with vegetables, eggs, goat milk, and goat milk products, farm animals (chickens, goats, quail, rabbits, etc.) and market flowers. We envision a year-round greenhouse, hydroponic, and aquaculture. We would like to expand into fruit orchards, berries, bees, mushrooms.
