This 20-acre farm is in a beautiful part of the Snoqualmie Valley. It has been certified organic in the past and used for livestock and row crops. A homesteader, small farmer, gardener, and someone with animals would do well here. The farm is a quiet place with open views of the valley, little car traffic, set in so that none of it boarders a street, a creek with native plantings, fertile soil, good irrigation water, plenty of grass for grazing and bailing.

There are multiple arrangements for renting here including on-site living, livestock and growing crops.

There is electricity and water through out. Water is available via high pressure aquifer with a 150ft deep well. Clean and potable.
Spaces are shared with the owner and other renters. Privacy is respected at the locations designated for the renter to have livestock, the cultivated space, and living space.

The farm floods during moderate to high flooding. A 2500sf farm pad with a barn is available for equipment storage during flooding. There is room on the farm pad for animals during a flood but the number of animals held year-round is limited due to space. Entry to the farm remains accessible even during high floods so you are able to come and go.

Minimal traffic on the farm. The easement to the property is shared and is residential, not commercial. No large trucks or farm stand. No large work crews. No events or large gatherings.

No chemical use allowed. The farm is a quiet sanctuary with much of it in conservation for renters to enjoy. I am looking for renters who are quiet, clean and respectful of others. References needed.

There is space for a trailer or tiny home with water and power hook-ups. Black water disposal is the renter’s responsibility. There is one shared composting toilet. Leasing includes water, basic power (refrigeration cooling units and greenhouse lights are add-ons), and garbage at $1350 a month with first, last, and a $500 damage deposit.
It is possible to have a dog here if it is contained.
Either renters or business insurance required depending on the renter's use.

One space is available starting April 1st. One space is available now. Lease is required. No month to month renting.
Prorated, partial month available for those unable to start the lease on the 1st.
