We have a 20 acre farm with 2 greenhouses(heated, cooled, electric power, one is 3000 ft2 other is 1200 ft 2. 4 fully deer fenced acres. There is additional unfenced acreage that has been de-rocked, and additional acreage that formerly was Timothy hay but is currently fallow. Animals allowed (livestock capacity). There is hay equipment, tractor and implements that could be part of arrangement. Senior irrigation rights. We have a combination of hand line, drip irrigation, big gun water wheel, and sprinklers. Lots of miscellaneous equipment and supplies. The Farm was formerly used for small scale hay operation over 7 years ago (no chemicals or fertilizers were applied per former owner). Currently farm has been used as a hemp and cannabis farm and was Clean Green Certified 2015-2021 and Sun and Earth Certified 2019-current. We are seeking a farmer to lease the farmable acreage, drying building and greenhouses. Farm has a 2400 ft2 climate controlled building for drying herbal products. There is a home on the property that we will be using part time. There is potential for farmer to live on the property in an RV, tiny home or similar situation. We have 3 goats that we would like to stay and receive care from the farmer. We are open to various arrangements with the correct match, farmers with 5-8+ years of experience preferable. Must be organic practices, preferably regenerative. Sandy loam prime river bottom soil.Current Uses:
