Description:Hi there, my name is a Dakotah, I am 28. I have spent three seasons farming organically & regeneratively. This past season in Woodinville at 21 Acres Center and 2 in the high deserts of CO. Throughout my twenties, I have explored different agricultural pursuits including small market/CSA farms and supporting a non-profit farm with annual and perennial systems. In farming, I find my passion, tracking the elements, hands in the soil, breathing fresh air and eating that which I grow. I am ready to start farming and managing land as career. I plan to be part of the next generation of farmers. My goals are to create ecosystems by practicing regenerative techniques that integrate diversity and bring economic stability! I feel particularly interested in intensive livestock management within perennial systems, as a means to regenerate and heal landscapes.
Admittedly I am still new to this and am very open to mentorship that is open to new & fresh perspective. I strive to be a happy healthy human and really hope to build community in these land based endeavors! Do you think I could work well with you or a friend please let me know!
I am open to lease land if we have similar goals, to own land, or to find the right succession.
