24 acres just west of Walla Walla, Wa: 6 acres in riparian habitat along mill creek. 9 acres currently in irrigated pasture for sheep. 6 additional acres of irrigable pasture currently selected for conversion to dry land-silvopasture but could be used for irrigated pasture or row crops. Approx 1 acre dedicated to pollinator habitat and nursery for native plants and edible perennials.

Upland soils are silty loam and loess. Bottom lands are higher in organic matter and have less silt. All have good drainage. One old creek-bed running through the lowland has some river rock 24" down, otherwise no stones.

Land has been managed without chemicals since 2012. Our goal has been to maintain a functional homestead (garden, orchard, nursery, pasture) and develop a regenerative system that can serve as a focal point for farmers interested in expanding their own experience and finding a place among a community of the like minded.

There is a four bedroom home on the property in which I live with my wife. There are options for parking a Tiny house or airstream, good yurt sites. etc.
