Description:Collectively, I have over 20 years of experience with Permaculture , water retention ,Organic gardening ,companion planting and planting in succession.. I was a member of a 501c non for profit group that established one of the largest public food forests in the United States where we planted over 600 fruit and nut bearing trees and other native perennials. I have over 10 years of experience with Hugelkultur / mound culture and sun scoops. Over the past 7 years I have been involved in the planning ,construction and operation of rocket mass stoves/ heaters and construction of outdoor kitchens and ovens and a hexagon cob house several greenhouses and countless chicken coops and an Earthship home! 5 years experience operating heavy equipment. I have been a caretaker of farm animals ranging from kittens to chickens, goats, cows, sheep and geese. I love nature and prefer to be Outdoors. I am very interested in learning about habitat restoration and mycology.
Living sustainably is what motivates me. I love to learn new things from like-minded individuals and share anything I have learned up until this point in my life!
I am looking for land to live on and establish and maintain a permaculture Food Forest as well as organic gardens , edible perennials and fields of native wildflowers. I would like to have chickens as well as other grazing animals to help soil quality and promote biodiversity !
